Hi! I’m Sessily
I’m the face, the muscle, and the crazy behind the lens. Since I just relaunched under my own name, I wanted to tell y’all a little about me.
I’m a lifestyle photographer, pizza-loving wife, and mama of two.
About five years ago, after having my youngest, I realized photography wasn’t just something I loved… it was something I was meant to do. I’d already spent a decade as a hairstylist helping people feel beautiful, and now I get to do that through my camera.
My approach
I believe your family deserves photos that feel like home.
Not perfect.
Not stiff.
Not “everyone look here and smile.”
But real.
The way your child still fits on your hip.
The way little hands wrap around your finger.
The laughter, the chaos, the tenderness of this exact season of life — the parts that never slow down long enough to memorize.
My heart for photography is simple:
to create a calm, stress-free space where you get to just be together, while I quietly capture the story already unfolding in front of me.

I know life is full and motherhood is busy. That’s why I’ve created a guided, supportive experience from beginning to end — wardrobe help, prep tips, location guidance, and gentle direction throughout your session. My goal is for you to arrive feeling prepared, relaxed, and able to exhale.
More than a photoshoot, our time together is a chance to slow down, hold your babies close, and be fully present.

I’m drawn to connection more than perfection — to movement, emotion, and the tiny unscripted moments that say everything words can’t. Instead of forcing stiff poses, I use natural prompts that allow your family to interact and just be yourselves.
Because years from now, I want you to look back at your images and say:
“That’s exactly how this season felt.”
A Gentle Approach That Honors Every Parent and Every Child
Kids are wiggly, curious, unpredictable, sensitive, silly — and I love all of it.
During your session, there is no pressure to behave a certain way or perform for the camera. I follow your children’s lead, embrace big feelings, and make space for who they truly are. My approach is patient and reassuring, so parents can relax and enjoy instead of worrying about “perfect behavior.”
